Business Experience at Ülker

I have started to work at Ülker in November 1996, as the ‘’Istanbul Region Sales Inspector’’.  

After graduating from the university, I have worked in a small enterprise for about one year. Afterwards, I joined to the army and after I turned back, I have decided to work in a big, corporate firm which could support my future-oriented plans; as a result I have chosen Ülker.

What I like most here in Ülker is the mobility. During the years I have worked here, I have never seen any term/period to be calm, quiet and inactive. I have always been in an activity, mobility.

My duty is sales-oriented, I regard communication with people as the most pleasant part of my job. Of course, at the core of this communication, deliberation and problem-solving have a much denser place. The part that I love most about my job is the happiness of achieving my sales target at the end of the confidence settled with my customers and the mutual wining principle.

My advice to the friends that will newly get into the working life is to choose absolutely corporate firms. Within these firms, of course, Ülker is the priority for me. Ülker will be a group where they will learn practical things in a very short time, where they can develop themselves and where they can catch the balance of practical-theoretical

I advice to the new graduate friends to always be in a mobility in working life, showing a contender and ambiguous structure, not the give up with the difficulties,, not to accept the present and to be insistent and to be continually innovative and to create different ideas. If they manage to do these, the will absolutely achieve the career they target.
