As a
company we are aware that, as parallel to the developments in the world, we
have to adapt the changing conditions, at the same time, we have to reflect
high technology, global competitiveness and new opportunities to the working
life. We are also in the knowledge that, one of the leading ways to accomplish
this is, beyond doubt, implementing a human resources policy that is open to
continuous development.

The enterprise who has the most competent employee, the enterprise that can hold this employee within its structure and the establishment that can develop its competencies continually gains the advantage of competition. As being a group which is well aware all these conditions, together with the great investments that we are making on technology, we are at the same time preparing our enterprise to the future from the point of human resources. Within this preparation, the ‘’Career Days’’ where job-seeking individuals and employers come together is an important source to enlarge and develop our intellectual capital and in order to express our self to the working force market.
Within the frame of ‘’Career Days’’ organizations, Ülker Group Human Resources participated as the ‘’Session sponsor’’ to the ‘’First National Career Fair’’ which was organized in ‘’Harbiye Askeri Müzesi’’ (Harbiye Military Museum) on 24th – 25th April of 2007. In this organization, Mr. Melih Özuyar, who is the General Manager of Ülker Human Resources and Ülker Group Human Resources Working- Partner Mr. Bahattin Aydın made the presentation called as ‘’Career at Ülker’’.
