Orientation Programs

New employees are invited to attend an ‘’Orientation Program” within the first month of employment at Ülker.  We also offer them ‘Basic Training Programs’’ that are given when required, in order to prepare them for their new positions.

•    The theoretical part of the Orientation is made twice a month in the Çamlica Conference Hall by the Training and Development Department. Divisional orientation is structured for all group companies and will be applied for by your own manager.

•     Basic Training Programs are technical programs related with a new job  (Product knowledge, technical skills  and business flows).
