15th National Human Management Congress

Ülker Enterprise Systems participated as the ‘’Main Sponsor’’ to the ‘’15th National Human Management Congress’’ which was organized with the main theme of ‘’ Management, a la turca’’ in ‘’Lütfi Kırdar Kongre ve Sergi Sarayı’’ (Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Center) between October 31st and November 2nd.

Melih Özuyar, who is the General Manager of Ülker Human Resources, participated in the panel named as ‘’ Management with eigen-values’’ as a speaker at the congress which was organized by Peryön / Personel Yönetimi Derneği  (Personnel Management Association).

The other speakers of the panel whose moderator was Dr.Şeref Oğuz were, The General Manager of Assan Alüminyum, Atamer Giyici and The Chief of the General Board of Dost Enerji A.Ş., Muzaffer Akpınar. 
Özuyar gave brief information about Ülker Enterprise Systems in his speech and he pointed to the topics ‘’what does eigen-value mean’’, “how does Ülker join its eigen-values with the operation’’
 
Ülker Human Resources Team prevailed at the Ülker stand in the congress and answered the questions that came from the contributors; and gave information about the human resources applications in Ülker.

Approximately 1300 contributors participated to the congress during three days; and 69 % of the participators were private sector workers, 28 % of the participators were public sector workers and 3 % of the participators were students. During the congress, 10 workshops were organized.


 

The opening speech of the ‘’15th National Human Management Congress’’ was made by the Chief of the Board of Directors of TÜSİAD, Arzuhan Doğan Yalçındağ; England Consulate Chief Consul Assistant and Turkey Consul Peter Cook and Alan C. Mellarart who is the General Manager of ‘’Mellarart International Yönetim Danışmanlık’’ (Mellarart International Management Consultancy) participated as speakers to the panel “Turkey, from the point of view of Foreign Managers’’.

 
Ülker, Hiring Manager who came together with the visitors at the Ülker stand during the congress stated at his evaluation about the congress that, the support of Ülker Group to the ‘’15th National Human Management Congress’’ is based mainly on the theme of the congress of this year “Management, a la turca” idea.  We believe that, this congress supported our corporate stand as a firm that is developing and enlarging in Turkey by using its own eigen-values and its own resources.
